Keep it cool during the hot summer with ice skating. With sessions for everyone during the week and family sessions on the weekend skate around in the cool and enjoy time with the family.
Only about a 5 minute walk away from the Arena/Olympic Legacy Park tram stop on the yellow line and the tram train line it’s convenient to get to from the centre of Sheffield or anywhere along those lines. However, if you’d like to drive if its more convenient, there is parking available.

Prices for ice skating are £5.90 per child and £6.60 for adults – price including skate rental of £1.75. What’s better is that if you’ve got children of all age ranges the child price is for those who are 17 and under.

Booking online is advised as you will beat the queues and it is less hassle on the day. For younger ones the if they’re struggling to skate unaided you can hire a penguin for £5.10. The hiring of skates and penguins can also be purchased online too

There’s potential to skate everyday if you’d like with Simply Skate sessions every day and family sessions on the weekend. The ice rink is also a short walk away (about 15 minutes with little legs) from Valley Centertainment so if everyone’s hungry after you could pop along to there!!
